1) Your prices are low – are SARMTECH products really legit?
Sometimes we get emails saying our prices are higher than a competitor, but we direct them to our Pricing Comparison page showing lab tests and our higher milligram dosages plus higher 90 count bottles, making us the least expensive per mg.
On the other hand, a surprising number of people email and ask how our SARMs can be legit at such low prices. Actually, our prices are spot on for a company selling a quality product at a fair price. The better question is why is everyone else so high? Discover this for yourself by asking a supplier for their best price on 100 units; they’ll likely offer you 50-70% off (and still make profit).
We seek to dominate the market, and pricing fairly is a key component. We buy, produce, and sell in high volume and have negotiated excellent pricing, allowing us to make a profit at our great prices.

+ $68.75 USPS Priority Mail Express International – 3-5 days very reliably for most countries, and includes insurance
U.S. orders over $150 receive free Priority Mail© shipping.
We don’t make a profit on shipping (with Priority Mail we actually lose a little).
3) How long will it take to get my order?
Orders placed before 3pm MST are processed and shipped same day. Otherwise they are processed and shipped the next day. Orders placed Sundays or holidays are processed and shipped the next day. See above for shipping times for each service.
Tracking information for your orders can be found under My Account > Orders. You can also track your package route step-by-step and get text-alerts here. Sometimes USPS does not update their tracking information in a timely manner, especially First Class Mail – don’t live and die by it.
We have no special relationship with USPS – we see the same tracking info as you.
USPS delivers Priority Mail on a completely different track than First Class, and is very good at keeping their delivery timeframe for Priority Mail. Occassionally First Class shipments experience unexplainable delays, but in every case packages are eventually delivered, or there’s some address issue and it heads back our way and we let you know.
In the unlikely event a U.S. order takes longer than 15 days to arrive (or 40 days for International) we may offer polite customers a 50% Off code to re-place their order, and when the original order shows up they can either keep it or return for a refund.
4) What if my International (non-US) order is seized?
Orders shipped with Priority Mail Express are 100% insured… in other words, your full money back if you don’t receive your package for any reason. If your package is detained by your Customs, usually a phone call is all that is required for release. For Canada, contact CBSA at email@example.com or by phone at 1-800-461-9999. We recommend Priority Mail Express for all international (non-US) destinations. Otherwise, read below:
We ship to every country; most commonly to Canada, Great Britain, Australia, Europe, and Middle East, but we’ve shipped to over 50 countries now. In over 25,000 orders we’ve had very few issues. Customs seizure is not a big problem for us due to the way we package our orders. It is your responsibility to know the import regulations for your country.
We take full responsibility and guarantee your order through transit from our facility, through U.S. Customs, and up to your country’s Border & Customs. In the unlikely event your order is randomly inspected and seized by your Border & Customs agency, and they decide to detain your parcel over 7 days, in most countries (incl. Canada) they are required to contact you for signoff/acknowledgement that the contents are for research use only, then release the shipment to you. However, most countries give their Customs agents broad discretion and they often do not play by their own rules. If your product is detained and you have not been contacted you need to contact them to initiate the release process.
In very rare cases (maybe 40 times in 25,000 orders) some countries’ Customs will permanently detain or destroy the product and/or return it to us:
- If the product is returned to us, we’ll know by receiving it, usually within 30-60 days — then we’ll offer you a refund or 50%-off reship.
- If the product is destroyed (or, in some countries, stolen by your country’s Customs agents) and 60 days has passed since your order shipped, we offer polite customers a 50%-off refund OR a 50%-off coupon code to re-place the order. If a second seizure occurs we will refund this second (half off) order.
Customs inspections and seizures are completely out of the buyer or seller’s control. No other SARMs seller offers ANY level of buyer protection on international shipping/customs issues. We feel these policies are very fair and represent both parties making a good faith effort in an uncontrollable situation.
5) How is it packaged and will I need to sign for for delivery?
No, we don’t use the signature required option when shipping your order. Our packages have only a shipping label, which does not have “SARMs” or “SARMTECH” or any other indicators of the contents.
6) Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO’s and do you offer a military discount?
Yes we ship to APO/FPO’s. Please format your military shipping address correctly (more info).
Our “stop at a fair profit” pricing model allows everyone the maximum possible discount.
7) Is there a discount for buying bulk quantities?

8) I came across a different-looking “SARMTECH” product – is this you?
No. We only sell here, on our website, and our products look like this. Over the past year several copycats have emerged to ride the coat tails of our hard work. One even copied our logo, font, etc. It’s been said ‘immitation is the highest form of flattery’, but clearly we don’t approve of these products and urge buyers to use caution.
9) Are SARMs legal? What about the SARMs Control Act of 2018?
Yes, in the US, SARMS are currently legal to buy and sell as research chemicals. However, the FDA and other agencies seem to have an unwarranted suspicion and dislike for anything ‘SARMs-like’ and the belated SARMs Control Act of 2018, which never passed, may be revisited and ressurected in 2019, which may limit or stop the legal sale of SARMs in the U.S..
10) What is the proper dose, cycle, etc. for a specific research purpose?
We cannot advise you on specific doses, cycles, or use cases. We sell SARMs — our job is to ensure premium research chemicals, from raw material, to packaging, to your front door. However, we are not scientists and are not legally allowed or qualified to advise you in your personal or professional research. There are many online sources available for help in conducting preliminary research, relevant to your research projects and goals.
11) How do I pay with Bitcoin or another cryptocurrency?

12) What is your return/refund policy?
SARMs have an excellent track record over the past decade. And so does SARMTECH. However, we acknowledge researching with SARMs can be a subjective experience based on many factors. If you’re not satisfied for any reason with how your SARMs fit your research needs you may return the unused portion — with at least 33% remaining — within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (Update: 30-day time limit removed). Just contact us with your order # and return request. Other companies are less confident: either they don’t have a refund policy or it’s only for unopened bottles (uh… what?).
Hey friends, James here. Just want to add my thoughts on returns- here are 2 issues I end up having a lot of conversations about, so hopefully I can save some folks time…
Issue #1 – Customer thinks our SARMs are bad because after a couple weeks they don’t notice much. Please don’t be this guy. Your research needs a minimum of 6-8 weeks of solid focus. And of course your subject’s sleep, nutrition, training, etc needs to be on point. There are no magic pills. As discussed above (#10) we don’t get into discussions about cycles, stacks, and dosing (because you’re the researcher, and remember SARMs are NOT for human consumption), but I can put you in touch with a friend who is not affiliated with SARMTECH who can discuss these things with you. I end up having conversations with these guys later on and they’ve bounced from seller to seller and the problem isn’t the SARMs. By the time they’ve figured things out it’s a year later and heaps of wasted time. Be focused and disciplined with your research – the results will come.
Issue #2 – Rather than contact us for a refund, customer calls their bank and disputes the charge. Please don’t be this guy either. We never hassle or embarrass anyone asking for a refund (unless you’re guy #1 above in which case I’ll ask you if you’re sure) and have no problem giving out our return mailing address (it’s the same one as on your shipping label). If you call your bank, bad stuff happens, as described below … just don’t.
BTW, our new "Triple Lab Verification" means our top-selling products have been tested 3 times for proper purity and dosage levels – check it out.
Do NOT contact your bank or credit card for a refund/claim/dispute. That starts a data-collection process where you (and then we) are required to answer questions and submit invoices, prices, tracking, etc. that include the word “SARMs” (or names of SARM products) that will set off bells and sirens at your card or bank headquarters, usually resulting in your card or bank account being suspended and cancelled. SARMs are in the same “high-risk” category as Kratom, Cannibis, etc. that you agreed (in the fine print) to never use your card to purchase, regardless of their legal status. This is also why your bank or card statement does not show “SARMTECH” on the transaction line for your purchase… it shows the name shown on your invoice (both the paper one you received, and the one on the orders page).
So unless you use a commercial high-rish card account/processor with huge fees like us, best to not risk it. Also, once we submit shipping proof (ala the tracking #), the dispute gets settled in our favor and the money is returned to us. This has happended a few times and people of course get extremely upset their bank account or card was suspended. We don’t make the rules – it’s the last thing we want to happen – so please just request a refund from us rather than disputing the purchase with your bankcard.
