1) Your prices are low – are SARMTECH products really legit?
Sometimes we get emails saying our prices are higher than a competitor, but we direct them to our Pricing Comparison page showing lab tests and our higher milligram dosages plus higher 90 count bottles, making us the least expensive per mg.
On the other hand, a surprising number of people email and ask how our SARMs can be legit at such low prices. Actually, our prices are spot on for a company selling a quality product at a fair price. The better question is why is everyone else so high? Discover this for yourself by asking a supplier for their best price on 100 units; they’ll likely offer you 50-70% off (and still make profit).
We seek to dominate the market, and pricing fairly is a key component. We buy, produce, and sell in high volume and have negotiated excellent pricing, allowing us to make a profit at our great prices.

2) What is the cost of shipping and where do you ship from?
We ship from the northwest US. Regardless of quantity…
U.S. shipping is a flat rate of $11.75 USPS First Class Mail© (usually 3-7 days, but my vary) or $15.95 USPS Priority Mail© (1-3 days guaranteed) to all 50 states.
International (non-US) shipping is a flat rate of $23.70 USPS First Class Mail© (usually 7-14 days, but may vary) or $36.85 USPS Priority Mail© (6-10 days guaranteed).
USPS Priority Mail© shipments are guaranteed to arrive in their timeframe. They are also guaranteed to arrive period, so if something goes wrong, we get reimbursed and pass it on to you. USPS First Class© don’t have either of these guarantees.
US orders over $150 receive free Priority Mail© shipping.
3) How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Orders placed before 3 pm MST are usually processed and shipped same day. Otherwise they are processed and shipped the next day. Orders placed Sundays or Holidays are processed and shipped the next day.
Tracking information for your orders can be found under My Account > Orders. You can also track your package route step-by-step and get text-alerts here. Sometimes USPS does not update their tracking information in a timely manner, and every once in awhile not ot all. Don’t live and die by it.
We have no special relationship with USPS – we see the same tracking info as you.
USPS Priority Mail© shipping takes 1-3 days. USPS handles Priority Mail© completely different from other mail and is very good at keeping this promise. USPS First Class© shipping usually takes 3-7 days, but usually means usually, and they don’t guarantee it. Occasionally USPS will set aside or reroute First Class© parcels to save costs – they wait until more traffic is headed a particular direction. All carriers do this – none admit it. If this happens with you, relax and sit tight, it’s coming. In virtually every case, the package is eventually delivered, or it heads back our way and we let you know.
In the unlikely event a US order takes longer than 10 days to arrive, we may offer polite customers a 50% Off code to re-place their order, and when the original order shows up they can either keep it or return for a refund. The other alternative (for Priority Mail© only) is a full refund if 30 days has passed and no delivery (extremely rare, has happened 2 times almost 20,000+ orders).

USPS International First Class© shipping usually takes 7-14 days, but sometimes longer, especially for less common destinations. Occasionally USPS will set aside or reroute First Class© parcels to save costs – they wait until more traffic is headed a particular direction. All carriers do this – none admit it.
In the unlikely event an international order takes longer than 30 days to arrive, we may offer polite customers a 50% Off code to re-place their order, and when the original order shows up they can either keep it or return for a refund. The other alternative (for Priority Mail© only) is a full refund if 40 days has passed and no delivery (extremely rare).
4) What if my International (non-US) order is seized?
We ship to every country; most commonly to Canada, Great Britain, Australia, and Europe, but we’ve shipped to over 45 countries now. In almost 20,000 orders we’ve had very few issues. Customs seizure is not a big problem for us due to the way we package our orders. Also, Customs rarely pays attention to small parcels … they’re after big fish. It is your responsibility to know the import regulations for your country.
In the unlikely event your order is randomly inspected and seized by your Border Customs, they’ll contact you for signoff/acknowledgement that the contents are for research use only, then release the shipment. If you have not been contacted (may be the result of you not adding your phone # to your order) you need to contact them to initiate the release process.
In some cases/countries they may destroy the product or they may return it to us. If they return it, we’ll know by receiving it within ~60 days — then we’ll offer you a refund or reship. If the product is destroyed (or, more likely, stolen by your country’s Border Agents) and 60 days has passed since your order shipped, we may offer polite customers a 50% Off code to re-place their seized/destroyed order.
5) How is it packaged and will I need to sign for for delivery?
Orders ship USPS First Class© or Priority Mail© and do not require signature. The small, white, discreet packages have only a shipping label, which does not have “SARMs” or “SARMTECH” or any other indicators of the content.
6) Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO’s and do you offer a military discount?
Yes we ship to APO/FPO’s. Please format your military shipping address correctly (more info).
Our “stop at a fair profit” pricing model allows everyone the maximum possible discount.
7) Is there a discount for buying bulk quantities?

8) I came across a different-looking “SARMTECH” product – is this you?
No. We only sell here, on our website, and our products look like this. Over the past year several copycats have emerged to ride the coat tails of our hard work. One even copied our logo, font, etc. It’s been said ‘immitation is the highest form of flattery’, but clearly we don’t approve of these products and urge buyers to use caution.
9) Are SARMs legal? What about the SARMs Control Act of 2018?
Yes, in the US, SARMS are currently legal to buy and sell as research chemicals. However, the FDA and other agencies seem to have an unwarranted suspicion and dislike for anything ‘SARMs-like’ and the belated SARMs Control Act of 2018, which never passed, may be revisited and ressurected in 2019, which may limit or stop the legal sale of SARMs in the U.S..
10) What is the proper dose, cycle, etc. for a specific research purpose?
We cannot advise you on specific doses, cycles, or use cases. We sell SARMs — our job is to ensure premium research chemicals, from raw material, to packaging, to your front door. However, we are not scientists and are not legally allowed or qualified to advise you in your personal or professional research. There are many online sources available for help in conducting preliminary research, relevant to your research projects and goals.
11) How do I pay with Bitcoin or another cryptocurrency?

12) What is your return/refund policy?
SARMs have an excellent track record over the past decade. And so does SARMTECH. However, we acknowledge researching with SARMs can be a subjective experience based on many factors. If you’re not satisfied for any reason with how your SARMs fit your research needs you may return the unused portion — with at least 33% remaining — within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Just contact us with your order # and return request. Other companies are less confident: either they don’t have a refund policy or it’s only for unopened bottles (uh… what?).
Do NOT contact your bank or credit card for a refund/claim/dispute. That starts a data-collection process where you (and then we) are required to answer questions and submit invoices, prices, tracking, etc. that include the word “SARMs” (or names of SARM products) that will set off bells and sirens at your card or bank headquarters, usually resulting in your card or bank account being suspended and cancelled. SARMs are in the same “high-risk” category as Kratom, Cannibis, etc. that you agreed (in the fine print) to never use your card to purchase, regardless of their legal status. This is also why your bank or card statement does not show “SARMTECH” on the transaction line for your purchase… it shows the name shown on your invoice (both the paper one you received, and the one on the orders page).
So unless you use a commercial high-rish card account/processor with huge fees like us, best to not risk it. Also, once we submit shipping proof (ala the tracking #), the dispute gets settled in our favor and the money is returned to us. This has happended a few times and people of course get extremely upset their bank account or card was suspended. We don’t make the rules – it’s the last thing we want to happen – so please just request a refund from us rather than disputing the purchase with your bankcard.
