1) Your prices are low – are SARMTECH products really legit?

Sometimes we get emails saying our prices are higher than a competitor, but we direct them to our Pricing Comparison page showing lab tests and our higher milligram dosages plus higher 90 count bottles, making us the least expensive per mg.

On the other hand, a surprising number of people email and ask how our SARMs can be legit at such low prices. Actually, our prices are spot on for a company selling a quality product at a fair price. 3) Are SARMs legal? What about the SARMs Control Act of 2018?

Yes, in the US, SARMS are currently legal to buy and sell as research chemicals. However, the FDA and other agencies seem to have an unwarranted suspicion and dislike for anything ‘SARMs-like’ and the belated SARMs Control Act of 2018, which never passed, may be revisited and ressurected in 2019, which may limit or stop the legal sale of SARMs in the U.S..

5) I came across a different-looking “SARMTECH” product – is this you?

No. We only sell here, on our website, and our products look like this. Over the past year several copycats have emerged to ride the coat tails of our hard work. One even copied our logo, font, etc. It’s been said ‘immitation is the highest form of flattery’, but clearly we don’t approve of these products and urge buyers to use caution.


6) How do I earn and redeem Reward Points?

8) What is your return/refund policy?

Other companies are less confident or don’t have the volume to offer this — they either don’t have a refund policy or it’s only for unopened bottles.

Also, DO NOT contact your bank or credit card for a refund/claim/dispute.

Doing that starts a data-collection process where we (and then you) are required to answer questions and submit invoices, prices, tracking, etc. which include the word “SARMs” (or names of SARM products) that will set off bells and sirens at your card or bank headquarters, usually resulting in your card or bank account being suspended and cancelled.

SARMs are in the same “high-risk” category as Kratom, Cannibis, etc. that you agreed to (in the fine print) never use your card to purchase, regardless of their legal status. This is also why your bank or card statement does not show “SARMTECH” on the transaction line for your purchase… it shows the name shown on your invoice (both the paper one you received, and the PDF on your Orders page).

So unless you use a commercial high-rish card account/processor with huge fees like us, best to not risk it. Also, once we submit shipping proof (the tracking #), the dispute gets settled in our favor anyway and the money is returned to us. This has happended a few times and people of course get very upset their bank account or card was suspended. We don’t make the rules – it’s the last thing we want to happen – so please just request a refund from us rather than disputing the purchase with your bankcard.

Hey friends, James here. Just want to add my thoughts on returns- here are some things I end up having a lot of conversations about, so hopefully I can save some folks time…

Issue #1 – Customer thinks our SARMs are bad because after a couple weeks they don’t notice much. Please don’t be this guy. Your research needs a minimum of 6-8 weeks of solid focus. And of course your subject’s sleep, nutrition, training, etc needs to be on point. There are no magic pills. Sometimes these guys email us later and they’ve bounced from seller to seller, compound to compound, and the problem isn’t the SARMs. By the time they’ve figured this out it’s a year later and tons of wasted time. Be focused and disciplined with your research – the results will come.

We have the largest repository of SARMs reviews on the planet — the comments and ratings disbursement there, good and bad reviews alike, paint a fairly reliable picture of the often subjective nature of SARMs research chemicals. There are, in fact, some research subjects whose physiology is “genetically reluctant” to PEDs or to SARMs or to change in general, but this is the exception not the rule. Still, even in these cases my money is on a different issue that can be corrected with increased focus and discipline.

Issue #2 – Customer gets wrapped around the axle because their complaint seems to fall on deaf ears. Your email is important to us, but only as much as those from the other 1 to 2000 customer orders we process every week. If you don’t like your research results from our products, you’ll get a mostly generic email with return instructions. That’s it.

Even if we could legally discuss all the in’s and out’s of your SARMs research with you (we can’t), we just don’t have the bandwidth, and we’ve learned the hard way these usually become protracted and useless discussions. We work long hours already, and hiring extra staff to sit and and go back and forth on silly questions would be only raise prices for the >95% who are killing it with their research (or if they’re not, they pretty much know why not).

We decided about 2 years ago the best thing we could do for the industry, for us, and for our customers is to provide

  • solid products at fair prices with rigorous testing (see Q&A #1)
  • a very generous return policy (see Q&A #8), and
  • full transparency on SARMs research outcomes (see Reviews page)

These things come at a cost (our margins are lower than industry average) but you have rewarded our efforts with incredible sales over the past 2 years. We’re especially thankful for all the repeat sales from our constantly returning customers.

Issue #3 – Rather than contact us for a refund, customer calls their bank and disputes the charge. Please don’t be this guy either. We never hassle or embarrass anyone asking for a refund and have no problem giving you our return mailing address (it’s the same as on your shipping label). But if you call your bank and wrongly dispute the charge as fraudulent, bad stuff happens, as described above in Q&A #8 — just don’t.

U.S. shipping is a flat rate:
+ $9.95 USPS First Class Mail – usually takes 3-7 days, but often varies
+ $14.95 USPS Priority Mail – 2-3 days, fairly reliably
+ $34.95 USPS Priority Mail Express – 1-2 days (usually next day if order placed before 3pm MST), and includes insurance

International (non-US) shipping is a flat rate:
+ $24.95 USPS First Class Mail International – usually 7-14 days, but often varies
+ $34.95 USPS Priority Mail International – 6-12 days, fairly reliably

U.S. orders over $150 receive free Priority Mail© shipping.

We don’t make a profit on shipping.


11) How long will it take to get my order?

See above for typical shipping times for each service.

Orders placed before 3pm MST are processed and shipped same day. Otherwise they are processed and shipped the next day. Orders placed Sundays or holidays are processed and shipped the next day.

Tracking information for your orders can be found under My Account > Orders. You can also track your package route step-by-step and get text-alerts here. Sometimes USPS does not update their tracking information in a timely manner, especially First Class Mail – don’t live and die by it.

We have no special relationship with USPS – we see the same tracking info as you.

USPS delivers Priority Mail on a completely different track than First Class, and is very good at keeping their 2-3 day delivery timeframe for Priority Mail. Occassionally First Class shipments experience unexplainable delays, but in every case packages are eventually delivered, or there’s some address issue and it heads back our way and we let you know.

In the unlikely event a U.S. order takes longer than 20 days to arrive, or 60 days for International (non-US), we offer polite customers a 50% Off code to re-place their order, and when the original order shows up they can either keep it or return for a refund.

Except for Priority Mail Express (US only) USPS does NOT guarantee shipping timeframes. For example, USPS Priority 2-3 Day Mail is called this because it typically takes 2 to 3 days (business days). Typical, but not guaranteed. We have no say so in the inner-workings of USPS so there’s nothing we can do to speed up a delayed order. Your USPS tracking link shows you (and us) the sum total of all available information known about your order’s shipping progress. We have no control over USPS nor, obviously, the shipping operations of postal services in foreign countries. Your order WILL arrive … either at your address (99.99% likely) or back to us if there was a problem (0.01% likely). In the meantime, emailing us repeatedly with questions we don’t have answers to will only cost everyone time. However, if it’s been longer than the time shown above in blue, do contact us for next steps.


12) Will I need to sign for my order?

No. We don’t use signature required options when shipping.


13) Is the packaging discreet?

Our packages are discreet – there are no indications of the contents and the label shows only “S-TECH Shipping”.


14) Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO’s and do you offer a military discount?

Yes. We ship to PO Boxes and to APO/FPO’s. Please format your military shipping address correctly (more info).

Our “stop at a fair profit” pricing model allows everyone the maximum possible discount.


15) What if my International (non-US) order is seized by Customs?

We’re based in the U.S. , but we ship to every country — most commonly to Canada, Great Britain, Australia, Europe, and Middle East, but we’ve shipped to over 50 countries now. In over 30,000 orders we’ve had very few issues. Customs seizure is not a big problem for us due to the way we package our orders. It is your responsibility to know the import regulations for your country.

We take full responsibility and guarantee your order through transit from our facility, through U.S. Customs, and up to your country’s Border & Customs. In the unlikely event your order is randomly inspected and seized by your Border & Customs agency, you will see this info on your USPS tracking page (locate your USPS tracking link here: My Account > Orders > View). You should receive a call or written notice from them if their hold exceeds 7 days. If not you need to contact them to initiate the release process by acknowledging the compounds are for research use only (for Canada, contact CBSA at contact@cbsa.gc.ca or by phone at 1-800-461-9999). Many countries, however, give their Customs agents broad discretion and they sometimes don’t play by their own rules.

Customs Protection for International Customers

Seizures are rare due to the way we invoice and package your order.
Seized orders have 3 potential outcomes:
(1) released after 1-30 days of inspection time (+ 10 more days to release and forward it on to you)
(2) returned to us after 1-30 days of inspection time (+30 more days to release and return it to us)
(3) destroyed or permanently detained

If the order is returned to us we will let you know and issue you a full refund.

Your options:
At any time after you discover your Customs seized your order, you may request a 50% off code from us to re-place and reship your order. Chances of second random inspection are remote.
After 60 days from last USPS tracking update, if your order is still detained (or destroyed) we will issue you a 50% refund.
